A physical process that results when small particles in the atmosphere, such as bubbles, change the direction of light rays, affecting the color of light coming from the sky.  The colors of the sunset are then determined by the size of the bubble and the wavelength of the light. Strawberry spring flowers on the nose, with a bright fruit finish.
